ADOR explained that Pharrell Williams incorporated his well-known adlibs and bridges from his collaboration with Japanese singer Manami in 2009, titled “Back of My Mind,”into his work. Producer 250 then reinterpreted these elements in the style of New Jack Swing.

Pharrell Williams, known for his chart-topping track “Happy,”continues to expand his achievements by teaming up with NewJeans. His numerous Grammy Awards and worldwide impact in both the music and fashion worlds further highlight the importance of this collaboration.

“NewJeans will be releasing their debut single, “Supernatural,”in Japan on June 21, after making a comeback in Korea on May 24. The group has been creating excitement with their recent announcements of upcoming collaborations with renowned cultural figures such as Takashi Murakami and Hiroshi Fujiwara.”

Their ambitious plans, such as holding a fan meeting at the renowned Tokyo Dome during their Japanese debut, only serve to cement their position as pioneers in the world of K-pop.

Pharrell Williams’ participation in NewJeans’ expansion into the Japanese market marks a significant step in the global spread of K-pop, highlighting the genre’s universal appeal to audiences across the globe.

Recently, it was reported that CEO Min Hee Jin was accused of recruiting Source Music members to establish her own girl group called NewJeans, which resulted in financial difficulties for Source Music. Dispatch shared details on Min’s connection to HYBE as well as her creation of ADOR.

Despite Min’s denial of attempting to take control of ADOR’s management rights, Dispatch has brought attention to inconsistencies in her statements. While Min is recognized for improving the members, it is acknowledged that Source Music CEO So Sungjin played a significant role in nurturing and providing resources for them.

Despite Min’s denial, the success of NewJeans is believed to be a direct result of the support from HYBE and the talent acquired from Source Music. There is also speculation surrounding Min’s involvement in the departures of other artists.
