Sports Chosun reported that Pharrell Williams, a renowned global pop star, has contributed as a composer and lyricist for NewJeans’ first Japanese single.
According to ADOR, Pharrell Williams is credited on the Japanese debut single and title track “Supernatural.”

ADOR stated that Pharrell Williams incorporated his signature adlibs and bridges from his 2009 collaboration with Japanese singer Manami, ‘Back of My Mind’, which were then reinterpreted in the style of New Jack Swing by producer 250.
