Chipotle has reacted after TikTok user Courtney Crawford shared her grandmother’s delightful response to trying their food for the first time.
Although it was her first experience with a burrito bowl from the popular Mexican restaurant, Courtney’s grandma was thoroughly impressed.
She enjoyed her meal from Chipotle so much that she even made a phone call during her meal to inform her friend just how delicious her dish was.
As she savored her half-eaten burrito bowl, Courtney’s grandma could be heard telling her friend, “And you know what, it doesn’t take any time at all.”
Continuing to sing the praises of the popular eatery, she remarked, “Everything is right there, and they put it in your bowl.”
“It’s so neat! It’s our first time,” she concluded, licking her lips and giggling with excitement.

After Courtney’s TikTok clip went viral, Chipotle chimed in with a response in the comments, saying, “This is who we do it for.” Courtney then excitedly replied, “Chipotle, she’s so happy she lives so close to you now!!”
Many viewers were captivated by the TikToker’s grandma and expressed their admiration for her “adorable” reaction to the food and its presentation.
“She is the most adorable thing I have ever seen,” one user wrote.

Throughout the video, Courtney teasingly pointed out her grandma’s charming mispronunciation of Chipotle as “Chipot-ley,” which led many viewers to join in and do the same. Some viewers even noted that their elderly loved ones mispronounced the name of the restaurant as well.
While it’s uncertain what specific dish delighted Courtney’s grandma so much, it’s worth mentioning that Chipotle has recently reintroduced smoked brisket, which was a “top requested item” on their menu before it was removed three years ago.
Additionally, customers are getting creative at home by transforming their Chipotle burritos into grilled cheese sandwiches using bags of their favorite shredded cheese. To create this tasty treat, customers simply place their burrito in a skillet filled with melted cheese, fully coating the wrap in the golden-brown goodness.
