Ned Luke, the actor who plays Michael in GTA 5, recently hinted at a possible appearance of his character in GTA Online. However, fans are uncertain about their reactions to this news.
In recent years, numerous characters from the GTA V single-player mode have transitioned to GTA Online. Both Trevor and Franklin, the game’s key protagonists, have made appearances, with Trevor leading a heist and Franklin playing a role in The Contract update.
Despite the numerous updates, fans have yet to see Micheal, one of the three main characters, make an appearance in GTA Online. Although some updates have raised fans’ hopes of seeing the mastermind from single-player, they have ultimately been disappointed.
With the upcoming release of the Bottom Dollar Bounties update, fans are eagerly anticipating the return of Maude Eccles – the Bounty Hunter – in single-player mode. This has only intensified their desire for Michael to join in on the action.
One fan’s tweet expressed their belief that the character would be kept for GTA Online’s “final”major update, drawing the attention of Ned Luke, the voice actor for the character. Luke ultimately liked the post.
The actor also acknowledged another fan’s comment about the game “needing”a DLC centered around Michael. Luke responded, “Wouldn’t that be lovely?”

Despite some fans interpreting the interactions as a sign that Michael will eventually make an appearance, there are others who are doubtful.
“While this does not confirm anything, it does suggest that he is willing to participate. However, it is important not to get too excited as he most likely has a non-disclosure agreement with Rockstar and would not reveal any information.”
Another fan commented, “It would be amazing to have one last mission with Franklin, Michael, and Trevor.”However, another chimed in, “It’s like GTA fans are always setting themselves up for disappointment. But I can’t deny that a DLC with Michael would be great.”
The actor is not hesitant to express his adoration for the Grand Theft Auto series, often live streaming his gameplay of GTA 5.
It is uncertain if he will reprise his role before the release of GTA 6, but there are still fans who hold onto hope of seeing him return.
