Despite Take-Two’s confirmation that GTA 6 will still be released in Fall 2025, there remains one major concern among Grand Theft Auto fans.
Until December 2023, Grand Theft Auto 6 had been kept under tight wraps by Rockstar Games and their publishers Take-Two. Despite a major leak in September 2022, official details were limited.
Ever since debuting the initial trailer in December, Rockstar has once again fallen silent. Despite speculation from players that clues have been dropped in GTA Online, the company has remained tight-lipped and left any communication to Take-Two.
In their shareholder call on August 8, Rockstar’s publishers reaffirmed the release of GTA 6 in Fall 2025. While this news is reassuring, some players have expressed concern over the potential PC release.
One fan expressed disappointment that all the games on the list, except GTA 6, will be launching with a PC release. They mentioned the difficulty of avoiding spoilers while waiting for the PC release and even considered purchasing a console on release day. Another user added, “It’s a shame that the PC release won’t be available on the same date.”
GTA 6 will launch sometime in 2025.
Some individuals pointed out that Rockstar has a history of delaying PC releases, and it is unlikely that they will change this trend.
“Many people, including myself, are not willing to purchase the game again after waiting for so long. I’ve heard from others who feel the same way. It doesn’t matter to me if they make us wait another year.”An irritated PC fan responded.
Despite the anticipation for the PCC release, GTA fans are also imploring the developers to speed up and release some screenshots. Another fan added, “Please provide us with some screenshots.”
We are dependent on Rockstar for updates on the screenshots and trailer. Therefore, we must exercise patience and wait a little longer.
