A new leak regarding GTA 6 has emerged online, sparking a heated debate among fans about its authenticity.
As anticipation builds for Grand Theft Auto 6, it’s no surprise that numerous rumors and leaks have surfaced. Even before Rockstar unveiled the first official trailer, speculation ran rampant regarding the game’s storyline, main characters, and various plot elements.
Significant leaks were reported back in September 2022, revealing early gameplay footage and a preliminary version of Vice City as well as the expansive Leonida region.
Now that Rockstar has chosen to remain largely silent and maintain secrecy, several ‘leaks’ are popping up again, including some fraudulent claims presenting new gameplay footage. Recently, another clip has emerged on platforms like Twitter/X and TikTok, leaving fans divided on its credibility.
The brief video showcases a street that resembles the Wynwood district in Miami, featuring several vehicles, notably a van that looks like it belongs to Amazon Prime.
Although it’s clear that Rockstar wouldn’t use Amazon’s intellectual property, upon closer inspection, the Prime logo has been modified to read ‘Crime.’ This type of satirical nod is characteristic of Rockstar’s style, leading to mixed opinions among fans regarding its legitimacy.

One viewer on TikTok commented, “This looks somewhat legitimate and the development build appears impressive.” Another countered, “That’s definitely not GTA; they don’t use licensed vehicles like Corvettes.” A third person remarked, “Even if this isn’t GTA 6, it aligns closely with what we can expect.”
Others quickly dismissed the clip as a fabrication, attributing it to a skilled modder utilizing Unreal Engine technology. “Nice Unreal Engine textures, dude,” one user chimed in. “Oh great, another Unreal Engine GTA 6 leak,” commented another.
As for official updates from Rockstar, it’s anticipated that we are roughly a year away from the game’s release. Fans can look forward to potential screenshots and a follow-up trailer in the near future.
