GTA Online Fans Convinced Boring Bottom Dollar Bounties Update Has Rockstar All In On GTA 6

GTA Online players believe that Rockstar is actively working on GTA 6, as evidenced by the recent release of the Bottom Dollar Bounties update, which some found to be uninteresting.

Every summer, Rockstar Games can be relied upon to release a significant update for GTA Online. This trend continued this year, with the release of the Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC on June 25.

The update, as its name implies, enables players to fulfill their fantasies of being Dog the Bounty Hunter and pursue the most notorious criminals in Los Santos. It introduces the Bail Office business, offers contact jobs from Vincent, and features new vehicles, including several police-themed ones.

Despite the relatively short time since its release, several players have already expressed their disappointment with the update, stating that it is “boring.”This has led to speculation that Rockstar is primarily prioritizing the development of GTA 6.

“One fan tweeted, stating that in all honesty, the Bottom Dollar Bounties in GTA Online were underwhelming. They felt that the missions were repetitive and similar to previous businesses in the game. The fan also expressed relief that Rockstar is fully focused on developing GTA VI.”

“Some expressed disappointment, stating that the update could have been more exciting. Others found solace in the fact that every day brings them one step closer to the highly anticipated release of GTA 6.”

Despite some players arguing that the update’s content is “acceptable,”others expressed concerns that GTA Online may be declining due to the upcoming release of GTA 6. One player commented, “I don’t understand why people are still expecting major updates and support for a game that is nearing the end of its lifespan.”

The remaining players are eagerly anticipating a potential ‘final’ GTA Online update centered around Michael, as he is the only single-player character who has yet to make an appearance in multiplayer.

According to Ned Luke, the actor who plays Michael, he is interested in the project, so it is possible that fans will see their wish come true before the release of GTA 6 in 2025.
