On June 19, Netmarble introduced Meilin Fisher to Solo Leveling: Arise through their latest update for the gacha game. As an SSR hunter from the United States, Meilin is known for her proficiency in utilizing Water Element skills and healing abilities, making her a valuable support character in Arise.
Obtaining Meilin Fisher SSR Hunter in Solo Leveling: Arise
To obtain Meilin Fisher in Solo Leveling: Arise, you must use Rate Up Draw Tickets to draw the SSR hunter from the Aquamarine Ripples banner.
You can pull Meilin Fisher in the Aquamarine Ripples Rate Up banner.
Fisher has been selected as the primary hunter for the recently launched Aquamarine Ripples Rate Up banner. This is the sole means of acquiring the character in the game. As it is her exclusive banner, she boasts the highest pull rate of 0.6%.
The Aquamarine Ripples banner will expire on July 10, giving you slightly more than 20 days to attempt to summon Fisher and add him to your hunting team’s character lineup.
How to Obtain the Hook, Line, and Sinker Weapon in Solo Leveling: Arise

The Hook, Line, and Sinker weapon not only boosts the user’s Health, but also grants Meilin Fisher access to a range of unique skills and abilities when equipped.
Each time Fisher’s Health increases by 2000, her Side Whip skill boosts the Attack of the team member with the highest Attack by 1% for 12 seconds. The maximum damage increase rate is 6%, and the weapon also reduces Fisher’s Ultimate Skill cooldown by 5%.
