Blizzard has unveiled an exciting update to the Overwatch 2 Quick Play: Hacked limited-time mode (LTM) in Season 11, introducing the ability to customize your Heroes through Pickable Passives.
Originally launched in January 2024, Quick Play: Hacked was designed to test innovative mechanics and gather player feedback. Now, in Season 11, the new feature ‘Pickable Passives’ is available, allowing players to select various passives based on their specific role in the game.

Why is Quick Play: Hacked not available in Arcade?
The Quick Play: Hacked mode has not been included in Overwatch 2’s Arcade as these game modes are typically tailored for specific map types or alternative gameplay styles. This mode serves as an experiment by Blizzard to observe how various game changes will be received by the player community.
The development team emphasizes that testing these new ideas in a limited-time mode allows for direct player involvement and instant feedback. Additionally, Blizzard aims to encourage players to experiment with new playstyles within this mode.
Furthermore, the team opted against reintroducing the Experimental Card in an effort to involve more players in this testing phase.
With many other exciting features coming in Season 11, don’t forget to stay updated on everything from the new Battle Pass to the Transformers x Overwatch 2 collaboration.
