Guide to building the Honkai Star Rail Pela: Recommended Light Cones, Relics, and Traces

One of Belobog’s most well-known figures, Pela is the Intelligence Officer of the Silvermane Guards in Honkai Star Rail. Her expertise in managing military affairs has earned her the title. She can often take matters into her own hands by going inside enemy lines because her appearance can frequently fool anyone.

Pela is connected to the Nihility Path and uses the Ice element. Debuffing her adversaries and erasing any debuffs from her friends are the fundamental principles underlying Pela’s powers.

Characters with DPS ties to Destruction, Erudition, and the Hunt can do a lot more damage as a result. The greatest Light Cones, Relics, and Traces needed to develop Pela as a respectable debuffer for endgame content are listed in the following article.

How to construct Pela as a debuffer for the final phase of Honkai Star Rail

1) Skills and Traces to prioritize

The majority of Pela’s equipment, as was already said, lowers the enemy’s DEF. The DEF shred is flat at 40% for two turns at level 10, hence this stat has no scaling off. Pela’s ultimate ability allows her to perform the aforementioned action, however her skill and passive talent reveal something entirely different.

When Pela uses her skill on an enemy, it deals ice damage equivalent to her attack and can remove any active buffs on that particular target. Pela will also replenish five energy after bolstering foes. This effect can be used just once every assault.

Remember that Pela’s debuff on foes stacks with Harmony characters’ bonuses, gradually increasing enemies’ damage. Pela’s ATK, Effect Hit Rate, and ice damage must be emphasized when it comes to Traces.

2) Light Cones

The “In the Name of the World” Light Cone, which costs 600 Undying Starlight and can be obtained for free in the Starlight Exchange Store, is the best Light Cone for Pela. It raises the wearer’s damage output against adversaries who have been given buffs such as weakness, shock, burn, and many more.

When a skill is used, the Light Cone can additionally raise the wearer’s effect hit rate.

Only if an enemy has already received the Wind or Shock debuff can the Fermata and Pela work together to create a more approachable 4-star Light Cone. Characters like Serval or Sampo are some of the greatest units to handle with the aforementioned debuffs.

Considering Light Cones connected to the Gacha, the “Good Night Sleep Well” is a great option for enhancing Pela’s damage dependent on the quantity of debuffs on adversaries.

3) Relics and Planar Ornaments

The Hunter of the Glacial Forest, which can be found in the Storage Zone of Herta’s Space Station, is the ideal Relic set for Pela. The bonus from the entire set increases the wearer’s crit damage for two turns and deals frost damage to them.

The wearer’s Effect Hit Rate for Planar Ornaments can be increased by the Pan-Galactic Commercial Enterprise.

Based on the quantity of her Effect Hit Rate, Pela’s ATK can be increased further with the aid of the Planar Ornament set piece. Pela will therefore have a greater probability of reducing an enemy’s DEF with each attack if her effect hit rate is higher.
