Guide to Changing EA FC 25 Commentary and Reducing Criticism

EA FC 25 offers players a variety of commentary options, allowing you to customize the personnel, language, and style of analysis to enhance your gaming experience.

This year’s iteration is loaded with diverse gameplay modes, from the competitive grind of Ultimate Team to the immersive realism of Career Mode. However, one consistent aspect across all modes is the commentary, making it essential to select the options that suit your preferences, since you will be hearing from them frequently.

Here’s how to modify your commentary settings in EA FC 25.

How to Change Commentator Language

You can easily switch the commentator language by accessing the Audio Settings from the main menu.

  • Start by loading the main menu of EA FC 25.
  • Click on the gear icon located in the top-left corner of the screen.

For English-speaking players, there are multiple commentators to choose from, including Derek Rae and Stewart Robson, or Guy Mowbray and Sue Smith, to narrate the action. If you prefer some variety, there’s also a ‘Randomize’ option that will alternate commentators each match.

However, for those playing in Spanish, German, or any other supported language, you will need to stick with the default commentary team.

How to Disable Critical Commentary

If you wish to prevent the commentators from criticizing your performance, simply enable the ‘Disable Critical Commentary’ option in the Audio Settings.

It’s often frustrating to hear the commentary team point out your mistakes, especially if you’re new to EA FC 25 or struggling in Division Rivals. By activating this option, the commentators will still provide narration throughout the match, but they won’t critique your errors or comment on significant score deficits.

For your peace of mind, we suggest using this setting during FUT Champions matches. Additionally, there are other settings available, such as adjusting the difficulty level to tailor your experience to either ease or challenge your gameplay.
