In order to complete their task, Destiny 2 players must first unlock Overthrow Chests until the meter reaches its maximum capacity. These chests can be obtained by defeating specific enemies or finishing Public Events in the Pale Heart area.

These events are distinguished by blue or grey diamonds, just like the Convalescence: Underbrush mission. It typically requires three to four chests to fully fill the meter.

Players must journey to the Refraction area in order to finish the Sword Dance Cyst, which is located in the northeast and features various challenges inside a cave. Track the illuminated bird within the cavern and eliminate any adversaries encountered along the way until reaching a green barrier. If the bird becomes out of sight, a waypoint will appear to help guide you.

The green barrier is marked with three locked runes, which are also found on the cave walls. To remove the barrier, shoot the cave wall runes in the same order as the barrier runes, from bottom to top. However, shooting them in the wrong order will summon enemies.

The upcoming area will contain a few hostile foes and a designated spot to call forth a sword. Activate the sword to summon a variety of enemies and crystals surrounded by protective shields. Utilize the sword to shatter the shields and vanquish the adversaries.

The path will open up and you will need to utilize the sword for both platforming and clearing debris. The initial gap will necessitate continually attacking with the sword to successfully cross. Proceed through the winding cave, using the sword to clear any obstructions along the way. In the next room, there will be three crystals that must be destroyed before continuing with the platforming challenges.

The last chamber of the cave will house a trio of shielded yellow bar bosses. You must defeat them using only your sword and use a Finisher on their remaining Ghost to prevent them from respawning. Dying will not restart the encounter, and there is a summoning sword statue nearby to quickly re-equip yourself.

To complete the Sword Dance Cyst, defeat all three enemies using heavy sword attacks. Afterwards, make sure to heal the wounded Ghost. Once you have finished, you can safely use fast travel to return to the Lost City.
