Fortnite has introduced Klombos to LEGO Fortnite, so here’s how to find, tame, and ride these creatures.
LEGO Fortnite includes two variations of Klombos: LEGO Klombos and the original Fortnite Klombo, which were added in the Lost Isles update (version 31.20). This update introduced the Lost Isles as a brand-new location and home to these creatures.
In your LEGO worlds, you can discover multiple LEGO Klombos that are tameable, but only one original Battle Royale Klombo exists; this larger creature cannot be tamed and is found in a specific location on the map.
Where to Find the Original Klombo
The massive Klombo will emerge from the water when you approach his statues.
The original Klombo can be found in the lagoon area of the Jungle Biome within the new Lost Isles location.
To reach the Lost Isles, use your Bus Station to Fast Travel, which is now available for selection. Once you jump out of the Battle Bus, head straight to the lagoon area filled with water in the Jungle Biome.
Upon your arrival, you should have no trouble locating the original Klombo. Look for small statues in the vicinity, and step onto the center platform. Shortly afterward, Klombo will leap out of the water to make his entrance.
Unlike LEGO Klombos, there is only one original Klombo, and he cannot be tamed or ridden. Instead, he remains in the lagoon and appears whenever you are nearby.
You can, however, feed this colossal creature food and non-food items from your inventory by placing them near him for him to consume in exchange for valuable resources like Mahogany Rods and Brightcore.
Where to Find Rideable LEGO Klombos
LEGO Klombos harmlessly roam around the Lost Isles.
Look for LEGO Klombos wandering around the Jungle Biome of the Lost Isles.
Once you’re in the area, find the Jungle biome, characterized by its vibrant blue and purple large trees, and land there. LEGO Klombos are commonly spotted near the lagoons.
You might even catch a glimpse of a LEGO Klombo while landing, but if not, they are easy to locate. We also suggest enabling visual sound effects to make finding Klombos easier, as the notifications on your screen will alert you when they’re nearby.
Besides the Jungle biome, LEGO Klombos can also be spotted in the Plains and Desert biomes of the Lost Isles, although encounters are more frequent in the Jungle.
How to Tame and Ride a LEGO Klombo
Klomberries are essential for taming and riding Klombos in LEGO Fortnite.
You can tame and ride a LEGO Klombo by feeding it a Klomberry. These berries can be found in bushes scattered throughout the Jungle Biome near the lagoon.
Collect Klomberries from the blue bushes, then throw or drop one in front of the Klombo. The creature will eat the berry and become instantly tame, allowing you the option to ride it.
While riding a Klombo, you can utilize abilities such as Dash, Vacuum, and Launch. Klombo’s Launch ability far exceeds that of standard Launch Pads, propelling you much higher.
If you fail to keep feeding the Klombo Klomberries, you will eventually get thrown off, but it will not become aggressive unless attacked.
As part of the Best Friend Klombo quests, you’ll need to tame a Klombo. Completing this challenge rewards you with 400 Studs for the Tropical Treasures pass.
