Discovering the Hidden Vault in Fortnite Chapter 6
The hidden vault can be found in the heart of Nightshift Forest, located in the northwest section of the map. A clear path towards this vault is crucial, as it hinges on tasks involving Sprites and a unique NPC.
To access the vault, players must retrieve a spirit and present it to the Bushranger NPC, who is situated in the Nightshift Forest. Upon offering the spirit, players will receive the necessary vault key.
Step 1: Obtain a Sprite
Start your journey by landing near the shrine at Warrior’s Watch, which is southeast of the Nightshift Forest. Interacting with this shrine will provide a guide to nearby Sprites.
Follow the directions given by the shrine to find a Sprite. Ensure you connect with one and keep it safe as it is vital for unlocking the vault.
Step 2: Present the Sprite to the Bushranger
With the Sprite in hand, proceed north from the shrine towards the southern edge of Nightshift Forest, where you will locate the Bushranger, a blue NPC. His position can vary, so it may be beneficial to check the Characters menu within the game for his current location.
Once you reach the Bushranger, make sure to select the “Show Item” option with the Sprite equipped. He will then provide you with the vault key needed to access the hidden loot.
Step 3: Locate the Vault
Your next objective is to travel directly to the center of Nightshift Forest. Here, you will see a large door positioned at the base of some stairs.
Equip the vault key and use the corresponding key (usually E on PC) to unlock the vault. Inside, players will encounter four rare chests, two Hunter’s chests, ample ammunition, and a Typhoon Blade stand, providing an excellent reward for your efforts.
This treasure trove is more than enough to fully equip solo players or a squad for a triumphant match.
