Guide to Hunting the Mega Token in World Zero
Before embarking on the quest for the seventh Mega Token, it’s crucial to collect the six preceding Mega Tokens:
- SpongeBob TD
- Unlimited Tag Game
- Pressure
- Chained 2 Player Obby
- Rivals
- Clip It
Your journey begins in World 1. Follow the path to your left, where you’ll spot some ruins. Venture toward them to find a cave nestled in the mountain; this will mark the beginning of your Mega Token adventure.
Locating All Crystals in World Zero
First, you need to locate three Crystals scattered throughout World 1. To gain clues about their locations, step on the left button, which reveals three drawings representing a Mountain, a Boat, and a Castle. Begin by climbing to the top of the mountain to uncover the gem.
To retrieve the Green Zero Gem, exit the cave and keep to the mountain’s right side. Ascend the mountain until you reach the peak to find the gem. After picking it up, jump back down to continue your search for the remaining crystals.
The Blue Zero Gem can be found beyond a windmill, traveling through the forest towards nearby ships. Locate it perched atop a stone. You’ll need to master your parkour skills to leap across the stones and gaps to retrieve it.
Next, head towards the beach and look for the black castle in the distance. Make your way to the entrance by crossing the bridge. Instead of knocking, jump off to discover a hidden opening below the bridge, where the Pink Zero Gem awaits inside.
After you have gathered all the Crystals, return to the cave within the mountain. Step on the right button, which will display three new drawings; these correlate to the slots you need to adjust in the center.
The arrangement of these images provides the necessary order for the numbers and crystals:
- Tree – Green numbers and Green Crystal
- Fish – Blue numbers and Blue Crystal
- Flower – Pink numbers and Pink Crystal
Solving the Number Slot Puzzle in World Zero
Upon activating the left button, you will observe numbers scattered throughout the room, color-coded to match the crystals and linked to the drawings on the right. For instance, if the Tree is the first drawing, place the green numbers in the corresponding slot as well as the green crystal in the first crystal slot.
Once you’ve entered the correct combination, press the middle button to submit your code. If done accurately, the gate will activate and a portal will appear. You can enter the portal by pressing the middle button again.
Defeating Altos, Guardian of the Veil in World Zero
Once you cross through the portal, you will confront Altos, the Zero Guardian of the Veil, who possesses formidable ice powers and features two battle stages. During the first phase, he will predominantly use stomping attacks and a powerful jump that can inflict significant damage. Watch for the blue patterns on the ground to anticipate his moves and avoid being hit.
After reducing his health to 50%, Altos can unleash a devastating one-shot attack, so be prepared to find a Zero Shield quickly. You have three lives to complete this encounter, but staying hidden can improve your chances of success. Aim to remain in the center of the arena to access a shield regardless of its location.
Upon vanquishing Altos, a large vortex will appear in the arena. Step inside to claim your seventh Mega Token in World Zero.
