There’s a new Veteran Legend armor set available in Destiny 2 as part of its 10th anniversary celebration, but you’ll need to search for it. Here’s how to acquire the new loot.
Destiny 2 is commemorating its 10th anniversary as the franchise hits this significant milestone. Since its launch in 2014, Bungie’s looter shooter has evolved tremendously. Now the developers are celebrating with an in-game armor set that’s perfect for players who want to reminisce about the game’s earlier days.

Destiny 2: How to Get the Veteran Legend Armor Set
You’ll need to loot several of Cayde-6’s stashes located in the Pale Heart of the Traveler. These stashes resemble the previous ones from exotic missions for the Ace of Spades.
You will receive a notification when you are near one, making the search more manageable. All stashes are located relatively close to each other, simplifying your search efforts.
Each stash you loot will reward you with one piece of the Veteran Legend armor set, and there are five pieces to collect in total. Here’s a helpful video to guide you to each stash’s location.

While this armor cannot be used for transmog, once you have collected all five pieces, you can visit the Special Deliveries Kiosk to receive the “10th Anniversary Reward Pack,” which includes the Veteran Legend gear. Note that the Kiosk won’t be highlighted, so be sure to check it the next time you visit the Tower.
You also won’t need to use any synthweave to unlock the transmog for the armor, meaning there are minimal downsides to picking up this gear. Additionally, the collection process won’t take much time, making it beneficial to grab it while you’re exploring the Traveler.
