This special event’s moves can be unlocked from July 5 until July 12, 2025, at 10:00 PM local time.

During the event, players can purchase paid Special Research for just US$ 1.99 (or local equivalent), which will yield various rewards, including Premium Battle Passes, Rare Candy XL, extra Eevee encounters, and more.

It is important to note that Special Research tickets are non-refundable. Plan to fully utilize your ticket before the event concludes.

Timed Research Overview

A free Timed Research will also be available, lasting a week post-event. Participants will be able to take advantage of:

• One encounter with a Seasonal Special Background Eevee.

• Evolve Eevee into Espeon after walking 1 km with Eevee as your Buddy.
• Evolve Eevee into Umbreon after walking 1 km with Eevee as your Buddy.
• Evolve Eevee into Sylveon after earning seven hearts with Eevee as your Buddy.
• Eevee will have increased wild spawns, with a chance of them being Shiny.
• 1/4 Egg hatch distance throughout the event.
• Lure Modules used during the event will last for three hours.
• Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) will run for three hours.
• Take snapshots during the event for a surprise encounter.

The unique evolution requirements will revert to standard rules on July 12, 2025, at 10:00 PM local time.
