When dealing with the Telephone Booth puzzle, it is not so much a puzzle as it is a wild goose chase. The focus is not on using your intellect, but rather on physically moving and searching for all of the Telephone Booths.
1. How to solve the Telephone Booth puzzle?
To successfully solve the Telephone Booths puzzle in Once Human, players must locate and interact with all four Booths located in the farm region of Brookham, Dayton Wetlands. By accessing all the Booths, players can unlock a reward crate located at the central point of the Booths.
The Telephone Booths are situated within the Dayton Wetlands, specifically on the farmland side of Brookham. The initial booth will initiate the puzzle through dialogue.
Once you have located the first Telephone Booth, you must explore the surrounding Brookham farm area to locate the remaining ones. In total, there are four Booths scattered throughout the area. Keep an eye on your map as each Booth you come across will be marked on it.
2. Tips to Help You Find the Telephone Booths
2.1 How to Listen for the Ringing Sound
Rest assured that the proximity of Telephone Booths can be easily detected through the ringing sound that can be heard when you are in close proximity to them. Simply trust your instincts and you will be led directly to the Telephone Booths.
It is intriguing to note that you will not become disoriented by simultaneous ringing noises from two telephones. You can concentrate on the source of the sound and proceed to the Telephone Booth to listen to the message.
Be mindful of the time
If you are having difficulty locating the Telephone Booths, consider searching for them during the night. The designated in-game time for the Booth hunt is from 7PM to 6AM. This time frame will allow you to easily identify and mark the Booths, as you will be able to hear their ringing.
By doing this, you will be able to listen to all the recorded messages in the Telephone Booths and claim the treasure reward located in the center of the Booths.
