Guide to Unlocking the Ghost Title in Warzone

Guide to Unlocking the Ghost Title in Warzone

Victory Titles are awarded at the conclusion of every Warzone match to the victorious squad, and the Ghost title is notoriously one of the toughest to obtain.

While numerous titles merely require you to utilize popular weapons or achieve a specific type of kill, others necessitate a complete shift in your gameplay style, making them quite challenging to accomplish.

If you’re finding it difficult to secure the Ghost title in Warzone, here’s a comprehensive guide and some tips to simplify the process.

How to Earn the Ghost Victory Title

To acquire the Ghost title in Warzone, you’ll need to engage in stealthy gameplay by discreetly eliminating opponents or evading them entirely. While there are no specific objectives, certain actions can significantly enhance your odds of success.

Foremost among these is minimizing damage, as this Victory Title aims to keep your presence on the map as discreet as possible. Additionally, you can’t afford to be killed more than once; I’ve successfully earned it after one trip to the Gulag, but being revived multiple times can jeopardize your chances.

If you find yourself in combat, ensure your weapons are equipped with suppressors, as every kill with an unsilenced firearm complicates your path to the title. Moreover, securing some Throwing Knife kills, although tricky in Warzone, will greatly aid in completing this challenge.

Tips to Get the Ghost Title

Assemble a Stealthy Loadout

To maximize your chances of winning the Ghost Victory Title, your loadout must be optimized. We suggest using an SMG and a Sniper Rifle for versatility at both close and long ranges, ensuring both feature suppressors to guarantee that every kill counts.

  • Weapon 1: Static-HV

  • Perk 2: Scavenger
  • Perk 3: Tracker
  • Perk 4: Ghost
  • Lethal: Throwing Knife
  • Tactical: Smoke Grenade

Opt for Solos

The key to this challenge is maintaining a low profile, which is significantly easier when playing solo. In a squad, your teammates might inadvertently draw attention, leading to unnecessary confrontations.

Playing solo allows you to engage one enemy at a time and minimizes the risk of being ambushed. Focusing solely on your objective in a Solos match enhances your chances of success.

Note that you’ll need to play BR Solos since the Resurgence version was removed ahead of Black Ops 6.

Avoid Combat Until You Have Your Loadout

While obtaining the Ghost title after securing a few unsuppressed kills is certainly possible, it makes the task much harder. Therefore, it’s advisable to refrain from battles until you have your ideal custom loadout.

When you first land, prioritize gathering cash to procure your weapons or wait for a Loadout Drop to appear.

Choose a Quiet Landing Spot

Building on the previous tip, selecting a quiet landing area is essential for earning the Ghost Victory Title. Since you won’t need to worry about available ground loot, but rather on gathering cash, aim for locations away from intense action.

Avoiding named spots and popular landmarks reduces your chances of early elimination and wasting your single Gulag attempt. However, be sure to land in areas with multiple buildings for looting opportunities, as you’ll require as much cash as possible.

Stay Concealed and Choose Your Moments

To secure Throwing Knife kills, you will need to get close to your targets. However, this also increases your risk of taking damage or being eliminated.

Find a suitable hiding place and only engage when you are confident of securing the kill. A recommended tactic is to position yourself inside a building with access to a window for surveillance.

Utilize your Tracker Perk alongside audio cues from enemy footsteps to locate opponents effectively. For an efficient way to achieve Throwing Knife kills, consider downing enemies with your silenced SMG before finishing them off with a knife.

This strategy may not lead to the most exhilarating gameplay, but it’s a reasonable trade-off for securing the Victory Title.

Additionally, ensure that you’re utilizing the best controller settings and PC configurations to gain an edge in all encounters.
