Guide to Unlocking the Mephisto Skin in Fortnite

<p>Players can now unlock Mephisto’s Fortnite skin as part of this year’s Fortnitemares celebration, which includes an exclusive cosmetic bundle.

Since the launch of Fortnite’s Marvel Chapter 5 Season 4, fans have eagerly awaited the arrival of Mephisto onto the Battle Royale island. With the Halloween update 31.40, this legendary comic villain has taken Hades’ place as an NPC on The Underworld’s throne, coloring the surrounding waters red.

Fortnite players can now add Mephisto to their roster as an entirely new skin, marking his entry in the Fortnitemares 2024 collection that introduces a variety of eerie original and collaboration skins.

Unlocking the Mephisto Skin

You have until October 19 at 8 PM ET to purchase the skin or bundle from the in-game shop to add it to your Locker. Epic Games has yet to confirm whether any items linked to the villain will be available again after this deadline.

Single Outfit

When you purchase Mephisto’s individual Outfit, you will receive:

Mephisto Bundle

With the Mephisto bundle, you will get:

Mephisto’s Cloak Back Bling
Demon’s Hand Pickaxe
Hellfire Flare Wrap

The choice between the individual skin or the bundle is entirely yours, though the bundle is priced higher. Buying the standalone skin grants you the Marvel villain’s Cloak, while opting for the bundle provides additional items, including a staff as a Pickaxe and a glowing red Wrap for your weapons.
