Valorant’s Episode 9 Act 1 Premier is now available, allowing players to fully experience the team-based competitive mode. This guide will provide information on the map schedule, team formation, participation, and gameplay for Premier Stage E9A1.

Valorant Premier’s main goal is to offer players a higher level of competition compared to ranked matches. This game mode will eventually be connected to the VCT pro scene, but it can be more challenging to participate in than one might expect.

Valorant Premier Stage E9A1 Schedule

The Valorant Premier Stage E9A1 spans over a period of seven weeks, or approximately 45 days, from June 27 to August 11, 2024.

Valorant Premier Stage E9A1 will feature a unique map every week, culminating in the playoffs on August 11. The map schedule for this stage is outlined below.

  • Lotus: June 27 – 30
  • Bind: July 3 – 7
  • Haven: July 10 – 14
  • Icebox: July 17 – 21
  • Sunset: July 24 – 28
  • Abyss: July 31 – August 4
  • Ascent: August 7 – 11

Registering for Valorant Premier Stage E9A1

To participate in Valorant Premier Stage E9A1, your team must re-enroll during the designated Enrollment period. A maximum of seven players can be registered for each team. You have the option to create your own team or join an existing one. The decision is yours.

To play Valorant Premier Stage E9A1, you must meet a few requirements.

  1. Complete the verification of your mobile number via SMS.
  2. You can finish your ranked placements at any time during the lifespan of your account.

After completing the first two steps and finalizing the roster, the team owner will then proceed to enroll the team by choosing the designated Zone for their matches. The selected Zone will determine the servers and schedule for the team’s matches.

The beta had 20 divisions, but the full release will only have five distinct divisions. Your team will be placed into one of these divisions based on the average MMR of its top five players.

How to Access Valorant Premier Team Standings

To access the team standings in Valorant Premier, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Premier using the menu.
  2. Next, choose Standings.

If teams make the qualification cut-off, this area will be divided and the standings will be updated after completion of Premier matches. Teams will be ranked on the Standings based on their score, with ties being decided by match W/L, followed by rounds W/L.

Your team will have two matches scheduled per week, with each match following a map pick and ban system similar to that of VCT.

As your team participates in each match, points will be accumulated towards the Premier Score. This score will ultimately determine the team’s eligibility for the Playoff Tournament. The number of points earned increases with each match won, but no points will be awarded if the team does not compete in a match.

  • For every weekly match won, 100 points will be earned.
  • For every weekly match lost, 25 points will be deducted.
  • During Tournament matches, no points are given.

The Playoff Tournament is set to take place on August 11, which is also the final day of Valorant Premier Stage E9A1.
