Not only do these fists have the power to destroy vehicles, but they also serve as the most efficient mobility item in the game. With the Nitro Fist, you can travel from Nitrodome to Brutal Beachhead in less than a minute, as long as you know how to use it effectively.

Where to Find Nitro Fists in Fortnite

The Nitro Fists are an epic rarity item that functions like a standard melee weapon. Despite their epic rarity, they are not as difficult to come across as other weapons of the same rarity. In the 20 games we have played, the Nitro Fists have appeared in every single one. There were even occasions where we did not find any other epic weapons during the game, but each member of our squad had a Nitro Fist.

The Nitro Fists have a high drop rate, and for good reason. With numerous vehicles in play, it is reasonable to include this formidable weapon in the meta.

Mostly, these Nitro Fists can be found in chests, care packages, and bunkers.

The Best Way to Use the Nitro Fist in Fortnite

In Fortnite, there is a quest that requires players to execute an uppercut with a Nitro Fist. This can be achieved by pressing the alternative fire button when in close proximity to an enemy. It is recommended to complete these quests without forcing them in order to obtain all the rewards from the Battle Pass, even if you are only using the free version.

With its ability to inflict heavy damage, the Nitro Fist weapon is perfect for close-quarters combat and taking out enemies. Its powerful punches are comparable to a shotgun, making it a formidable choice. By holding down the fire button, you can charge up the fist and launch yourself towards a target with an even stronger attack. Keep in mind, this maneuver makes it more difficult to hit your intended target. As a result, most players utilize this tactic to close the gap between themselves and their opponents.

One option is to direct the charge upwards, propelling yourself into the air. Once airborne, you can recharge the charge and continue flying across the map or reaching elevated terrain. However, keep in mind that you only have four charges available before needing to replenish them. Fortunately, the recharge time is relatively short, with a new charge becoming available every 12 seconds after use.

In order to combat vehicles, it is best to leap and strike the ground to quickly approach and inflict damage. Once close to the vehicle, it is more effective to repeatedly punch it rather than use weapons. Although the recently added Boom Bolt may seem powerful, it is still no match for the Nitro Fists. However, using the Nitro Fists requires you to remain in close proximity to the vehicle, which can be challenging. A helpful strategy is to utilize Boogie Bombs to force the enemy driver out of the vehicle and bring it to a halt. This allows you to directly attack the enemy instead of focusing on damaging the vehicle.

In case you are in a difficult situation, you can rely on your Nitro Fists to escape. Even customized vehicles won’t be able to catch up with you.
