On May 17, Comedians Nam Ho-yeon and Kim Seung-jin made a guest appearance on SBS Power FM’s “Cultwo Show.”
In a previous section, an article had mentioned that actors Koo Bon-seung, Jung Woo-sung, and Lee Jung-jae were discovered and made their debut while filming on the streets of Apgujeong-dong, Seoul.
During the event, a listener shared that he had worked as an actor manager for four to five years and used to cast actors on the street. He mentioned that his last client was Han So-hee, whom he had worked with during the filming of “100 Days My Prince.”
When the host Kim Tae-kyun remarked, “Managing actors is an exhausting job. You have to spend long hours waiting every day,”the listener responded, “I used to consider sleeping for 7 hours a week to be a luxury. The job also involved taking pictures and filming videos for them.”
Kim’s assumption was that the listener had quit due to a difficult experience. The listener confirmed, stating that the working pattern was unbearable. When asked if they knew anyone who had successfully started their career, the listener replied that they knew many who had attempted to leave.
