Guide for Warlock Armor Sets
The Warlock’s armor set is specifically designed for players who want to fully utilize their magical abilities in Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn. Each piece of the set is imbued with the power of curses, making it a perfect choice for those who enjoy utilizing Cursed Stones and Enki’s attacks against their foes.
Equipping a minimum of two pieces from the Warlock’s armor set provides a set bonus, which specifies: “Upon defeating a cursed foe, all curses are passed onto another enemy within a 10-meter radius.”
Although you will find the first piece of armor early on in the game, the remaining pieces are spread throughout the second region. This means that in order to acquire the complete set and its synergy bonus, you must progress through the main storyline and venture into new territories.
Warlock’s Armor Set
The Warlock’s Armor Set consists of three individual pieces: the Helmet, the Gauntlet, and the Pauldron. Each piece possesses its own distinct combat abilities, which enable you to fully harness Enki’s curse powers and unleash them in battle.

This set’s Armor Synergy Bonus has the ability to transfer curses from defeated enemies to other nearby enemies within a 10-meter radius. This is particularly beneficial for Enki’s curse magic enthusiasts, as it helps to alleviate the constraints of its recharge times and enables a smoother and more efficient combat approach.
1. Warlock’s Helmet
In the Three Peaks region, specifically in the Foglands area, you can acquire the Warlock’s Helmet by deviating from the main path. Instead of continuing on the usual route to the right, take a detour to the left after crossing the damaged bridge and enter a small valley.
If you continue along this path, you will come across a secret clearing where a chest is guarded by enemies. You must defeat them in order to obtain the helmet, the only piece of the Warlock’s set that cannot be acquired through a Sapper quest.
Warlock’s Gauntlet
In the second region of the game, known as Wanderer’s Rest, you will meet Jung who will give you the Tempered Bonds Sapper quest. Completing this quest will earn you the Warlock’s Gauntlet. However, before you can undertake this quest, you must first liberate Whitebridge Hamlet and then speak to Jung at the campsite to receive the Sapper’s task.
The journey takes you to Sunshelter, where a band of knights in armor awaits. One of them, Sentinel Gersis, will challenge you to a combat trial using only a two-handed sword. However, there is a catch – the use of black powder or magic is strictly forbidden. If you break this rule, the knights will turn on you and you will have to defeat them in order to continue.
After defeating the Sentinel, you will receive the Warlock’s Gauntlet as a reward, which you must return to Jung in order to finish the quest. However, rest assured that you will get to keep the gauntlet for yourself afterwards.
3. Warlock’s Pauldron
The last item in the set, the Warlock’s Pauldron, can be acquired by completing Johara’s quest, The Family Condition. However, this quest can only be accessed after finishing all of the other Sapper’s quests in the game.
Prior to embarking on this quest, it is advisable to first finish Luca’s Sapper’s Quest, In Safe Hands, in order to obtain a valuable firearm. Afterwards, make sure to upgrade your weapons and skills in preparation for the upcoming battle.
At a campsite in Wanderer’s Rest, you can begin Johara’s quest which will take you to her family’s home on a different map. During your journey, your Sapper rival will ask you to collect items for a ritual and then challenge you to a boss battle. If you succeed, you will be rewarded with the final piece of the Warlock’s armor set, the Warlock’s Pauldron.
