Hawk Tuah Girl Haliey Welch Receives Unusual Request from Fan

Hawk Tuah’s Haliey Welch recently shared some of the unusual requests she has received since gaining popularity, such as a demand for a “jar of spit.”

Despite her newfound fame from her iconic street interview on TikTok in June 2024, Welch has not shied away from the spotlight. She has already started making paid appearances as the Hawk Tuah girl, revealed her plans for her own show, and connected with multiple influencers and celebrities.

On August 6, Welch continued this trend by collaborating with NELK for a podcast episode on One Night with Steiny, where he appeared alongside Aaron ‘Steiny’ Steinberg, Bradley Martyn, and Sara Safari on the YouTube channel.

During the conversation about her sudden rise to internet fame, Welch revisited a fan’s request to purchase a “jar of spit”when questioned about the most unusual offers she has received.

The topic was introduced at the timestamp of 14:58.

Steiny initiated the conversation by asking Welch about the unusual requests she had received and whether anyone had offered to buy her saliva.

“Welch confirmed, “And don’t forget my dirty underwear,”causing the podcast hosts to react in shock. Curious, Steiny inquired if any offers had been made for these requests.”

According to Welch, there were multiple amounts presented to her, and she couldn’t recall if someone had tried to purchase a “jar of spit”for $600 or $6,000.

Despite Safari’s initial surprise at the request, Martyn and Steiny were even more taken aback by the fact that Welch had not accepted, especially considering the significant amount of money being offered.

“I have no interest in knowing their intentions,”Welch stated, acknowledging her concerns about the possibility of being “cloned”in this highly advanced world. “The idea of being duplicated completely unnerves me. One version of myself is enough, there’s no need for another.”

Despite this, Martyn still argued that Welch should sell the spit, especially if the offer had been for $6,000. However, in a previous interview from July, Welch had mentioned that the actual number was $600.

“Safari joked that Brad was the one attempting to purchase it, which is why he suggested selling it.”
