Hawk Tuah girl mocked for having no clue what a meme is

As Hawk Tuah’s Haliey Welch continues to share her definition of a meme on the internet, fans have noticed a few minor mistakes, leading to many teasing the up-and-coming star.

Haliey Welch gained viral recognition after her appearance in the Hawk Tuah YouTube video with Tim & Dee TV in June, and she is now dubbing herself the “meme queen.”

Despite Haliey’s belief that she has been sharing memes on X, her fans have repeatedly tried to inform her that the photos she has been posting are not real memes, even though she claims they are.

“She shared the “Meme of the day”on X, featuring a photoshopped image of herself posing in a Tesla Cybertruck against a backdrop of fire and smoke.”

As part of her daily “Meme of the day”series, she created a photo where she is standing proudly in the sky alongside a bald eagle and the American flag.

Despite this, her X posts have not gained the same level of circulation or viral status as a typical meme found on the internet. Additionally, they did not contain any text.

Fans have also taken the opportunity to roast her while bringing attention to that fact.

One person sarcastically joked in their comments, “So now photos without words are considered memes?”

“Hailey, this is not a meme. It is simply a picture,”chimed in another person.

“A third person commented, “Two things: 1 – This is not a meme. This is a picture. 2 – Could you please leave already?”

Many fans also obliged the internet sensation’s request to send her their favorite memes.

Despite facing criticism, the “meme queen”continues to create content at a steady pace. On August 6, she collaborated with NELK for a podcast and shared some of the most peculiar fan requests she has received thus far.
