Hawk Tuah girl urges South Park to “give her a call” for episode appearance

Haliey Welch, the viral Hawk Tuah girl, is expressing her desire to be featured in an episode of South Park and is calling on the show’s creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker, to reach out to her.

In June 2024, Welch gained widespread attention on the internet after a YouTube street interview in which he used the phrase “hawk tuah”to refer to spitting.

The swift utilization of her newfound fame, aided by the delivery of those two unexpected words by Welch, catapulted her to online fame and even impressed Joe Rogan.

In the month that passed, Welch recognized that she only has a short period of fame and is taking full advantage of it by guesting on podcasts, creating additional videos, and releasing a line of merchandise.

In a TikTok video posted on July 24, Haliey addressed comments from fans, with one viewer standing out for comparing her rapid rise to fame to a South Park episode.

“I completely relate,”Welch responded. “My life is basically a real-life South Park episode. So, if any of the creators are reading this, please feel free to reach out!”

South Park is known for its tendency to satirize popular cultural trends, including Logan Paul’s Prime Hydration and World of Warcraft. As a result, Welch’s story would make for an ideal subject for an episode.

Despite South Park not being interested in a collaboration, Haliey Welch revealed in an interview with Brianna Lapaglia that she has plans for her own show.

“According to her, we have plans to appear on various podcasts and other platforms for a show. There’s more in store, so no need to worry. We have more exciting things planned.”

The Hawk Tuah girl has also shown a desire to enter the realm of influencer boxing, stating her intention to challenge singer JoJo Siwa. However, the combat sports community is skeptical, labeling the possible match as a “shameful”event.
