The Helldivers 2 community has discovered a novel method for defeating a Bile Titan, which they have dubbed the “Charger Stratagem.”
Bile Titans are notorious for being incredibly powerful foes in Helldivers 2. With the ability to easily decimate entire parties, players are constantly searching for innovative methods to combat these bugs and avoid certain defeat.
During a Helldive mission, a player discovered a new method. By shooting a nearby Charger, it exploded near a Bile Titan, ultimately taking down the Titan in an impressive collateral kill that left fans in awe.
This “Charger Stratagem”tactic seems enjoyable, and you can test it out next time you venture into a Terminid-infested area. However, this is not the only occurrence of a Bile Titan dying unexpectedly.

Previously, a glitch caused dead Shriekers to fall onto Bile Titans and instantly kill them. Although this issue has been resolved by the developers, the hitbox of Bile Titans is still known to be faulty, resulting in them frequently dying from unintended damage.
Despite this, the implementation of the “Charger Strategem”plan brought a much-needed sense of positivity to the community following recent events. Specifically, there was an influx of negative reviews from Helldivers 2 players on Steam due to Sony’s decision to make PSN linking mandatory.
Despite the initial change made by Sony, they have now reversed it and players are once again able to fully enjoy the action. A fan has even expressed their relief, stating “the world is now on the path to recovery from this situation,”displaying a forgiving and forgetting attitude.
