The Todoroki Family Reunited in My Hero Academia Chapter 426
Based on the leaks for My Hero Academia chapter 426, it appears that Hawks is having a conversation with Endeavor over the phone while sitting next to Lady Nagant. Despite being with Lady Nagant, she remains hesitant to leave her current location due to her fear of being manipulated once again, similar to how All for One had done in the past.
The chapter featured a glimpse of La Brava and Gentle Criminal, who were commended for their contributions in the final war and granted clemency for their prison sentences. It concluded with a scene of Spinner in a hospital, where a mysterious figure appears in his room, possibly the same one seen running through the streets in the previous chapter.
The previous chapter had focused on the reunion of the Todoroki family, with the spotlight and majority of the attention being placed on it. As they stood before the chamber from the previous chapter, where Dabi was taking his last breaths, Endeavor shared his plans to retire as a hero and his desire to continue talking to his son, Toya.
As predicted, the villain taunted his father for being a coward and only appearing by his side once the danger had passed. Endeavor took note of everything he said, causing Dabi to fall silent. The rest of the Todoroki family also wished to speak with Toya, but they were turned away due to the villain’s deteriorating mental state.
As the family was leaving the room, Shoto took the opportunity to ask his brother about his preferred type of food. Dabi didn’t respond at first, but just as they were about to leave, he suddenly blurted out ‘soba noodles.’ Todoroki acknowledged his brother’s choice and the family departed. Strangely, after they had left the room, Dabi began to cry and expressed remorse to Shoto, indicating that he may be ready to turn over a new leaf.
The family proceeded to discuss their future plans, with Natsu expressing his desire to sever ties with his father in order to stay with his girlfriend. Fuyumi shared her search for a new job and Shoto confidently stated that he would thrive with his friends in Class 1-A. Despite everyone sharing their plans, Endeavor continued to apologize and vowed to do so until his dying day.
The family’s last reunion took place during the final war, when Dabi returned with a newly awakened Freeze quirk. Despite everyone’s pleas for him to stop, Dabi refused to listen and continued to wreak havoc. Eventually, Shoto was able to stop Dabi and the villain, barely alive, continued to curse his family.
In the latest chapter of My Hero Academia, his demeanor suggests that he is now able to think clearly following the downfall of All for One, the person who had been manipulating him. However, according to doctors, he may be nearing death, as fans eagerly await the conclusion of Dabi’s story in the next four chapters.
