Horse Takes Lyft Passenger to Destination, Baffling Customer and Ride-Share Company

The taxi service in Pennsylvania has a unique appearance compared to other states, as one woman was transported to her destination using a horse and buggy.

Megan Million, a popular TikToker, and her friend were planning a night out in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, but required transportation to get there.

Despite their efforts, no Uber or Lyft rides were available in the area. This is because the Amish community in Lancaster primarily relies on horse and buggy for transportation rather than motor vehicles.

Megan was taken aback when transportation arrived in the form of a horse, carriage, and two drivers to bring them to their destination.

Megan’s TikTok video has gone viral, amassing over 2 million views. In the clip, she can be seen blowing kisses to the camera while riding with her friend. She also wrote, “When you live in Pennsylvania but order an Uber.”

As she recorded her video, she also directed the camera towards the front, capturing the smiling drivers and the horse trotting along on the road.

According to viewers, the drivers in the comical encounter deserve a “5-star rating”for their relaxed demeanor.

Upon seeing the TikTok, Lyft expressed their disbelief with the response, stating “Ok hold on –“and Megan reacted with a series of laughing emojis.

Some also concurred that they didn’t care about the distance or speed of the ride, as the overall atmosphere was so enjoyable.

It is not uncommon for people to gain viral attention for using horses as a mode of transportation. In February, a woman was requested to refrain from riding her horse through the Tim Hortons drive-thru in High River, Alberta.

The woman was ultimately prohibited from riding her horse in town and turned to Facebook to express her disappointment over the fact that she could no longer properly train her horses.
