This summer promises to be busy for fans of the small screen: four major series will return with new seasons in June.
The year 2023 was an opportunity to discover incredible stories on the small screens, between the conclusion of Succession by Jesse Armstrong, through the superb adaptation of The Last of Us, or even the second season of The Bear.
The new year has just started, and already some great programs have been released or are on the horizon. In March alone, Guy Ritchie will launch his series The Gentlemen on Netflix, just before The 3-Body Problem by the creators of Game of Thrones. Without forgetting season 2 of Invincible which will resume in its second part, or even X-men ’97 on Disney+.
Streaming site catalogs are going to be loaded, and it’s not about to stop: because we already know that four major series will be released in June, including House of the Dragon.
House of the Dragon season 2 joins three other big series in June 2024
We already knew that season 2 of House of the Dragon would be released in summer 2024. It’s now official: according to Variety, the appointment is set for June.

The series thus joins three other highly anticipated programs, including season 3 of The Bear, season 4 of The Boys, and the Star Wars series The Acolyte.
Prime Video’s superheroes will return to explode heads starting June 13. As for Star Wars: The Acolyte, the series is supposed to land on Disney+ on June 5. On the other hand, neither House of the Dragon nor The Bear have a specific date yet.
For the Game of Thrones spin-off, the French public will have to turn to Prime Video’s Warner Pass to have streaming access.
