A woman successfully secured multiple dates and entertained viewers by sharing the ChatGPT messages exchanged with her Hinge matches.
TikTok user Caroline Mackenzie went viral this September for demonstrating how she utilized ChatGPT to score several Hinge dates.
ChatGPT is an advanced AI language model that generates human-like responses based on given prompts.
In a viral TikTok clip, Caroline showcased her “personal favorite” exchange with one of her matches.
After her match invited Caroline for drinks and dinner, she replied with a series of playful ChatGPT-generated responses.
“Yes! Let’s dress up as pirates and raid the nearest seafood restaurant. Arrr you ready for an adventure?” she quipped. To which her Hinge match responded, “Lmao, you got a favorite place you do that at?”
Caroline replied to comments on TikTok, noting she found her hilarious ChatGPT messages quite amusing.
“Only the abandoned amusement park at midnight – nothing says romance like dodging ghosts and old carnival rides!” Caroline continued.
Her witty responses left her match impressed, prompting him to finalize the date with, “Now I’m in.”
Caroline went on to secure a second date using the same playful method. Although the man on the other side was intrigued after she mentioned her height of 6’2″, she earned extra points with what she shared next.
“Thanks! Yeah, 6’2″ comes with superpowers. I can see into alternate dimensions and occasionally communicate with giraffes. It’s a whole thing. Alternate dimensions,” Caroline replied.
“Alternate dimensions AND giraffes? Okay, but how do I get an invite to this exclusive club of tall superhero powers? Sign me up!” her match exclaimed with excitement.
Another match referred to her as a “walking green flag” after Caroline had ChatGPT craft a message about an “underground llama rebellion” that built a time machine from old toasters.
Although Caroline didn’t confirm if she went on actual dates with her Hinge matches, her quirky conversations left a memorable impact.
Her matches not only praised the amusing exchanges, but viewers also joined in the laughter. Many commented on her popular video, expressing their enjoyment of her comedic approach.

Caroline isn’t the sole social media user to gain fame for employing ChatGPT; earlier this summer, Instagram users leveraged the app to humorously roast their feeds, sparking plenty of laughs with the witty messages.
A TikToker also garnered millions of views this September after revealing that ChatGPT was “gaslighting” him. When he asked how to spell “strawberry,” the AI attempted to convince him that it should be spelled with two r’s.
