Palworld’s map consists of numerous islands that are home to Legendary Bosses and a variety of unique Pals that you can collect and add to your team.
With the latest Sakurajima update, Pocketpair has introduced yet another island for players to discover. The new area is filled with exciting events and hidden surprises, including Meteorite events and Supply Drops, waiting to be explored.
This is the complete map, which is accompanied by descriptions of every location.
How big is Palworld’s map?
The map covers approximately 16 square kilometers (16.5), equivalent to nearly six square miles (6.37). While the addition of Sakurajima island has expanded its size, the exact measurements have not been disclosed by the developers.
To survive in each biome, you’ll need to wear appropriate clothing.

You will find six bosses on the map, each defending a particular Tower.
Your primary goal in Palworld is to discover and locate all of the Towers scattered across the various islands, and to defeat any bosses that you encounter along the way.

You will encounter Alpha Pals in addition to the Towers while exploring the world. These powerful Pal bosses can mostly be found in the open world, but some may also be located within Sealed Realms.
Palworld Full Map: Navigation & Tips
- You can easily unlock a Riding Accessory for fast starter mounts such as Eikthydeer, Rushoar, or Direhowl, which can be obtained as early as Level 10-12. Keep an eye out for these Pals when searching for a quick and efficient means of transportation.
- After that, make sure to search for a Nitewing, which is the first flying mount available at levels 12-14. Having a flying mount will grant you access to various areas, but remember to keep an eye on your mount’s stamina.
- Flying mounts are able to move through water areas without using stamina, traveling at the same speed as they would on land.
- In order to excel in activities such as climbing, gliding, running, and swimming, it is important to focus on increasing your Stamina stat. A value of 200 should be sufficient, but if you prefer to have an easier time, aim for 250.
- Utilize your Ancient Technology Points to unlock the Grappling Gun. This tool, along with its upgraded version, will assist you in reaching the highest areas and conserving stamina.
- Each time you have the opportunity, strive to enhance your Glider. With a range of levels available, each one will enhance its handling, speed, and stamina usage. Additionally, unlocking the Gloves for companions such as Celaray, Hangyu, and Galeclaw will also provide the benefits of an improved Glider.
- Teleport points are located throughout the entire map, and are indicated once you enter a radius of 250 m. Make sure to unlock each one that you come across.
- You can also experiment with respawning at different spawn points located throughout the map in order to discover new areas and Teleport Points.
- To venture into the harsher regions such as the Desert and Glacier, it is necessary to have clothing that can withstand the climate. Be sure to unlock the corresponding recipes when necessary. Additionally, you can increase your resistance by equipping Accessories obtained from Dungeons or purchased from Merchants.
Having a Flying mount changes everything, be mindful of your Pal’s stamina.
While navigating the Palworld Map, it is important to protect yourself from various dangers. To do so, you can create Polymer by utilizing High-Quality Pal Oil and construct weapons for your own defense.
