How Lisa from BLACKPINK Shut Down Plagiarism Accusations with One Move

The teaser for “New Woman”, the upcoming song by BLACKPINK’s Lisa, was recently released, featuring pop star Rosalía and creating a high level of anticipation.

It was recently disclosed that Dave Meyer, the original designer of Kendrick Lamar’s “Humble”effect, was the director for the music video of this latest song, effectively disproving any previous claims of plagiarism.

Specifically, upon the release of Lisa’s single “ROCKSTAR”MV, a videographer who worked on Travis Scott’s “FE!N”MV accused the BLACKPINK member of imitating a scene.

At the time, the videographer maintained that Lisa’s team had reached out to them and referenced the “FE!N”MV, but ultimately ended up plagiarizing their work.

Despite the fact that Lisa is currently collaborating with the original creator of the effect in the previously mentioned scene, it appears that the allegations of plagiarism hold little validity.
