How many people play Apex Legends? Player count in 2024

As of May 2024, Apex Legends remains one of the most highly sought-after battle royale games globally. However, there is curiosity surrounding the exact number of players actively engaged in the game.

The unexpected success of Apex Legends came as a surprise to the developers at Respawn Entertainment, who were not anticipating their foray into the battle royale genre to become such a huge success.

Despite the low expectations, Apex Legends surpassed them by reaching 1 million players within the initial 24 hours of its release on February 4, 2019. Within the first week, the player count had grown to 25 million, and then to 50 million in the first month.

However, with five years having passed and 20 seasons completed, what is the current player count for Apex Legends in 2024?
