To earn the Kitten First achievement, the initial step is to finish the Save the World? Save the Cat! World Quest. This will enable a set of daily quests for Save the World? Save the Cat! that will sporadically appear on your daily quests list.
According to players, there are a total of eight quests. To successfully finish all of them, one must use the in-game quest markers to navigate to the designated areas and return the cats to their respective NPCs.
It was widely believed by the community that the Kitten First achievement was defective. However, it was later discovered that this was simply a result of a mistranslation. In reality, one must complete all of the Save the World? Save the Cat! quests in order to obtain the achievement.
How to Complete the Save the World? Save the Cat! World Quest
To start the Save the World? Save the Cat! World Quest in Wuthering Waves, simply interact with Xiajou near Taoyuan Vile. The NPC’s precise location is indicated in the image below:
Xiajou won’t appear on the map if you’re in co-op mode.
Xiajou will request your assistance in retrieving her lost cat, which can be found at the summit of the mountain near the NPC. Once you have reached the cat, simply pick it up and return it to Xiajou.
