The Blood Moon Breeches, a one-of-a-kind item, is only available to Necromancers in Diablo 4. It occupies the pants slot, typically reserved for affixes that enhance survivability. As a unique item, the Blood Moon Breeches can significantly boost your Necromancer’s damage. If you’re looking to obtain the Blood Moon Breeches in Diablo 4 Season 4, here is the most efficient method.
The Most Efficient Method for Obtaining Blood Moon Breeches in Season 4 of Diablo 4
The most effective method for obtaining a specific unique item, such as the Blood Moon Breeches, is to focus on farming it from bosses. Certain bosses have exclusive loot tables that feature specific items, making them more likely to drop. This is due to the limited number of unique items that can be obtained from each boss. Collaborating with other Necromancers can further increase your chances of obtaining these unique items.
In order to obtain the Blood Moon Breeches, you must summon either Andariel or Duriel, who are both among the toughest Torment Echo bosses in the game. However, these bosses can still drop the item in their regular level version.
The following is a list of the necessary materials for summoning each boss:
- Andariel – 2x Sandscorched Shackles and 2x Pincushioned Dolls
- Duriel – 2x Mucus-Slick Egg and 2x Shard of Agony
To obtain all four of these summoning materials, one must summon and defeat four additional bosses. Grigoire and Varshan drop Duriel’s materials, while Beast in Ice and Lord Zir drop Andariel’s materials.
Once you have obtained all the necessary materials, travel to Kehjistan and search for the dungeon known as the Hanged Man’s Hall. Once inside, make your way to the altar at the end to call forth Andariel.
To face Duriel, you must visit the Gaping Crevasse located in Kehjistan, near Gea Kul.
