To maximize damage, use Fairy, Fighting, or Bug-type Pokémon. Once you conquer Darkrai, you can encounter it at level 20, with a combat power (CP) between 2048 and 2136 (non-boosted), or at level 25, with CP ranging from 2560 to 2671 (boosted).

Catching Darkrai through the Go Battle League poses a greater challenge, as players must win three out of five battles to earn a potential Pokémon encounter.
