Players can craft a Healing Balm themselves once they have accessed the Swamp Biome.

How to make a Healing Balm
To make a Healing Balm, you will need access to a Campfire, as well as obtain Bones, Sticks and Plant Fibers.
Once in the Swamp Biome during the tutorial, players will be tasked with collecting both Bones and Leather from creatures in the area. Keeping a few Bones in addition to the quantity required for the quest makes later crafting easier.
Collecting Plant Fiber is easy thanks to the vast array of plants that cover the Nightingale landscape. Use E to interact with plants to collect Sticks and Fibers, both used in crafting Healing Balms.
Once enough materials have been collected, the next step is to build a campfire. This can be done via the build menu, accessed by pressing the ‘B’ key.

Use the Sticks as fuel to finish building the Campfire, then access the pot above to open the crafting menu.
