While you may be busy catching Pals and expanding your base in Palworld, taking care of your captured creatures should be a major aspect of your game. Certain conditions and ailments can affect them, causing an awkward situation to deal with.

Indigestion is one of them and can seriously affect your pals unless treated.

So here’s how to cure Indigestion in Palworld.

How to Treat Indigestion in Palworld

You must treat your affected Pals with Fortune Medicine to cure Indigestion in Palworld. Although obtaining these Medicines is not that difficult in the game, be prepared because you have some building to do in your base.

To craft Makeshift Medicines in Palworld, you will need to build an Archaic Pharmaceutical Table, available at level 12 Technologies. Once you have reached the required level, go to your base and find the right place to place the Table.

Taking care of your Pals is very important in Palworld.

To craft the Archaic Pharmaceutical Table in Palworld, you will need these items:

• 30x Lumber
• 5x Nails
• 10x Paldium Shards

Once the Archaic Pharmaceutical Table is in your base, make Fortune Medicines by mixing 5 Red Berries and 2 Horns.

Also note that some Pals drop Medicines, like Lifmunk, Flopie, Vaelet and Lyleen. They are also sold by Pedlars.

Finally, once you have a Makeshift Medicine with you, go to your affected Pal. Then give him the medicine and he will be cured.

What is Indigestion in Palworld?

In Palworld Indigestion occurs when your Pal’s hunger will increase rapidly while working at base. As a result, he will start overeating, gaining the “insatiable”effect in the game.
