To disable the Sync Contacts feature on TikTok, just follow these steps:

Access TikTok .
Navigate to your profile.
Tap on the three horizontal lines located in the top corner.
Click ‘Settings and privacy.’
Tap ‘Privacy’ then ‘Sync contacts and Facebook friends.’
Deactivate the ‘Sync contacts’ button.

TikTok reminds users that if they choose to revoke the app’s access to their phone contacts in device settings, the app will no longer sync contacts. However, it will still make recommendations for accounts based on previously synced contacts.

To remove your previously synced contacts, all you have to do is tap on ‘remove your previously synced contacts’ on the same page.
