Nayeon, a member of TWICE, has revealed her eating habits for maintaining her beautiful figure.
On May 17, 2024, DAY6’s Young K hosted the latest episode of his web show “K Survival Story,”with special guest Nayeon from TWICE. The topic of dieting was brought up during the show, and Nayeon openly shared her eating habits.
Young K inquired Nayeon about her eating habits and whether she follows a strict diet or eats freely during her busy schedule as an idol. Nayeon then shared that she is someone who prefers to savor her food without any restrictions. She also admitted that she often struggles with limiting her food intake.
Despite having rules when it comes to dieting, she still allows herself some flexibility. According to Young K, she shared that she is able to successfully achieve her desired weight by managing her diet and avoiding late night eating.
Young K: So, do you eat freely even when you have activities, or do you manage your diet?
Nayeon: I am not the type to resist eating what I really want.
Young K: Really?
Nayeon: When I need to lose weight or have a head towards a certain direction, that is when I manage my diet. Like I never eat late at night.
The DAY6 member proceeded to inquire Nayeon’s preferred desserts, including chocolate, ice cream, snacks, jelly, and bread.
Despite surprising everyone by admitting she wasn’t a fan of sweets, Nayeon couldn’t deny her love for ice cream. She chuckled and confessed that she always keeps a tub of it in her freezer for those moments when she just can’t resist.
Young K: Out of desserts such as ice cream, chocolate, jelly, snacks, and bread – if you can give up on it, you will receive one million won each. What would you give up?
Nayeon: Honestly, I do not really like sweet things that much. I think I can give them all up. But ice cream… I cannot live without ice cream. I always have it in my freezer.
