What are Nails used for in Palworld?

Nails are one of the most important resources to always have. They’re useful for everything from beds for you and your Pals, to Workbenches and Assembly Lines, to crossbows and firearms.

How to get Nails in Palworld

To craft Nails, you will first need to reach level 10 to unlock the Blueprint in the Technologies tab. So make sure you have reached the required level before trying to craft them.

The only material needed to craft Nails is an ingot. One ingot allows you to make 2 nails. However, to craft ingots you will need a Fortune Furnace, so be sure to unlock that first.

The best way to farm Nails in Palworld

To farm Nails, having a constant supply of ingots is necessary. This means having a strategic point to farm ingots. We recommend starting your base near an Ore Deposit.

Pals like Cattiva are great starting Pals for Extraction. Pals like Anubis and Astegon are also great endgame Pals to put to work in the mines.

Once you obtain the Ore, you will want to automate the smelting process, and to do this you will need to place a Pal that is good at Fire Ignition.

Foxparks is a great starting point for Firestarting if you’re just starting your base. Then Reptyro and Faleris are good options for higher Pals.

Once you have a system of Pals mining Ores and wielding Fortune Furnaces to create ingots, you can start placing Pals on Production Lines to craft Nails for you.

Lunaris and Wolfmoon are two great starting Pals to put on Assembly Lines with excellent Crafting ability, as are Anubis and Wixen for later.
