You can claim this free quest automatically by logging into the game before the mentioned end date.

Previously, players were able to obtain a Master Ball by completing the Let’s Go! Special Research quest, which was distributed during the Season of Rising Heroes.

The Let’s Go! Special Research quest could only be obtained by logging in to Pokemon Go during the Season of Rising Heroes, which concluded on June 1, 2023. This means that if you did not already claim this quest, you will not be able to obtain it now.
