How to Acquire Access to the Splitgate 2 Closed Alpha
To participate in the Splitgate 2 Closed Alpha, all you have to do is request access on the game’s Steam page by visiting the link here.
By clicking on ‘Join The Alpha’ on the official website, you will be redirected to the Steam page. This is where you can attempt to join the Splitgate 2 playtest, but there is no guarantee of access.
The Closed Alpha for Splitgate 2 will commence at 12PM PT on August 21 and will continue until August 25. The exact number of players participating in this test has not been revealed, and there is currently no information on the start date for the next round of testing.

Your best option is to immediately request access through Steam and hope that you are granted access sooner rather than later.
Despite the 2025 launch date being targeted for the sequel, the exact release date for the full version is uncertain. With the game currently in its Alpha stage, it is likely that it will be released in the latter half of the year.
