Among the most notable features is the limited-time Winter Village world point of interest (POI), which offers new fish, rods, boats, mutations, skins, and more. To access this enchanting new area, players must acquire a special item known as the Magical Snow Globe. Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to locate and utilize this item effectively.
Locating the Magical Snow Globe in Fisch
The Magical Snow Globe is accessible to all players by default following the Fischmas update. Unlike other items that may require completing quests, the Snow Globe is readily available. To check for it, launch Fisch and look at the bottom of your screen, where it should appear in your inventory. If it’s not visible there, access your backpack by pressing the backtick key (`) or by searching for “Snow Globe”in the search bar and pressing enter.
Using the Magical Snow Globe in Fisch
To teleport to the new Winter Village area, select the Magical Snow Globe from your inventory and click on it to hold it in your hands. Then, press your cursor on the hand carrying the globe to shake it. This action will instantly warp and teleport you to the Winter Village—this is the sole function of the Snow Globe.
Exiting the Winter Village in Fisch
If you find yourself needing to leave the Winter Village, repeatedly shaking the Magical Snow Globe will just teleport you back to your current spawn point there. To return to Moosewood, simply interact with the Magic Mirror located near the characters Jolly Stuffz and Cole, situated next to the spawn area.
Activities in the Winter Village in Fisch
This charming Winter Village is a temporary location introduced during the Fishmas Christmas event. Upon arriving, you can head over to the fishing area where you can catch up to 15 new limited-time fish, discover four unique fish mutations, and utilize two new boats. Additionally, don’t miss the chance to explore the village further and engage with the various NPCs present.
Upon arrival, you will first encounter Cole, who operates a shop offering a variety of items, including exclusive winter bundles, credits, and skins. Adjacent to him, you can also purchase the Festive Bait Crate for 1,500 credits. Within the Winter Village, shoppers will find Santa’s Quest initiation, enhancing your festive gameplay experience.
