In Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2, Loot Island is a designated area on a floating island. It looks a lot like the Loot Island from Loot Lake in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4, except it’s floating high in the air instead of sitting in a lake like islands are meant to. Loot Isle is a crucial location in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2, as it is the only area in the season where you may obtain the Mythic Overdriven Pulse Rifle and the only place with a vault. It is, however, difficult to locate because it is not shown on the map. In fact, Loot Island will be absent from the map entirely at the start of the game.
Where can I discover the floating loot island in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2?
Loot Island rifts into the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 map from who knows where; no doubt from some remote spot across the deep reaches of space and time. The fissure appears at the same time as a new storm circle, usually the second one, and it does not always appear in the same location.
Once you get close enough, a turquoise, diamond-shaped marker with a picture of a floating island will emerge on your HUD, indicating which direction it is and how far away it is.
The Loot Island rift will also appear on your map and mini-map as a rift icon.
Loot Island will rift into your dimension a few seconds after a player reaches the rift.
Take one of the vertical zip lines up to Loot Island and explore. The best loot can be obtained at the Capture Point, which is indicated by a flag on your map, and in the vault, which is not indicated by lock icons. It is located beneath the home and requires two keys to open.

In order to successfully claim the capture point located on the floating loot island, you will first need to land on the island and then make your way to the back of the home. If you take the ride on the zipline, you might find yourself here, but more likely than not, you will have to go through the house in order to get into the backyard garden. Once you’ve arrived, you need to make your way inside the area that’s been marked off around the flag. You have a responsibility to stay in this area until the flag has been hoisted and the territory has been claimed by you. This will result in the completion of any tasks you have for this assignment, such as the one for Chapter 4 Season 2’s Week 3 quests, and will get you the Mythic Overclocked Pulse Rifle.
