There are two ways to get an umbrella in Nightingale. The first is to craft it, and the second is to find it in a chest.
If you want to loot it, you can do it in the third world, called the Swamp. Here you need to climb the towers that you find on your way to the portal. Once at the top, open the chests at the top, and you will have access to an umbrella.
However, if you want to make an umbrella, you need to access the umbrella recipe. You can get one for 30 Essence Dust and exchange the umbrella at the Essence Merchant. You can easily access Essence Dust by extracting it from plant fibers and stones.
How to get high with an umbrella in Nightingale
You can use the umbrella to hover short distances. You can do this by pressing the Space or F key on your keyboard. This only works when the umbrella is in your off hand. You can glide as long as you have a stamina bar.
