How to get Klink in Pokemon Go

Despite being introduced into Pokemon Go alongside all of Gen 5 in 2019, Klink remains an elusive Pokemon for many players as it does not spawn in the wild.

At present, the sole method of obtaining Klink in the game is by defeating it in 1-Star Raid battles and capturing it with the Premier Balls awarded afterwards. Since Raid rotations occur randomly, it is advisable to capitalize on any instances of Klink appearing as a Raid boss and catch as many as possible.

During the Pokemon Go Fest 2022 (ticket only), players were able to encounter it in the wild, hatch it from 7 km and 10 km Eggs, and receive it as a reward for completing Field Research Tasks such as “Win 3 raids: Hidden Gems”.

Klink has a total of two evolutions, which can only be acquired through the designated evolution method. Therefore, players are required to collect a significant amount of Candy in order to obtain the entire Klink family.

To progress Klink into Klang, 25 Candy must be given, and to advance Klang into its ultimate form, Klinklang, an additional 100 Candy is required.

If you are looking to complete your Pokedex, make sure to capitalize on the opportunity to evolve Klink by participating in Raids where it appears as a Boss. Keep in mind that you can obtain more Candy by using Pinap Berries, transferring any additional Klink to Professor Willow, or setting it as your Buddy and going for a walk.

Indeed, Klink has the potential to be Shiny in Pokemon Go, as this feature was introduced on the same day the Pokemon was released.

Nevertheless, the chances of actually discovering one are exceedingly slim.

It is important to note that since Klang and Kinklang cannot be found separately, the only way to obtain a Shiny Klang or a Shiny Klinklang is by evolving a Shiny Klink.
