The island of Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 was transformed into a post-apocalyptic wasteland, where you will encounter various Wasteland Warriors roaming about. These characters serve as minibosses of the island and have a chance to drop valuable Medallions.

All Fortnite Medallions & How to Get Them
In Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3, there are three unique Medallions that players can obtain by confronting and defeating various bosses located throughout the island.
Below is a compilation of all the Medallions that you will encounter in Fortnite:
- The Machinist’s Medallion: You can acquire this item by defeating The Machinist at Redline Rig. Equipping this Medallion will allow you to gradually replenish your shields as time passes.
- Ringmaster Scarr’s Medallion: Obtain this Medallion in Fortnite by defeating Ringmaster Scarr at the Nitrodrome. Equipping it will grant you unlimited ammunition and a slight increase in damage.
- To obtain Megalo Don’s Medallion, one must defeat Megalo Don at Brutal Beachhead. Equipping this item will grant the user infinite Nitro.
Chapter 5 Season 3 only features three Medallions.
It’s important to remember that possessing a Medallion will display your whereabouts on the map to opponents, so be vigilant for any enemies pursuing you.
Having all Medallions does not result in any extra rewards. Rather, the greater number of Medallions you possess, the more accurate your location will be for other players.
